CINCINNATI (OH) – Hacks Sports announced today
that they have partnered with i-wireless to
conduct an exciting football and basketball tour this school year,
beginning in late August with the high school football season and
running through the high school basketball season.
The Tour, referred to as the “i-wireless
Tour,” will be held at the 10 biggest high school football games in
Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky as well as the 10 biggest high school
basketball games throughout the region.
“The Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky
region is a hotbed for high school athletics, making the i-wireless Tour
a natural fit to reach our targeted youth market,” said Don Daniels,
vice president of marketing for Cincinnati Bell. “The i-crew will be
on-site each week throughout the high school football and basketball
season to provide fun and entertainment to help get the crowds hyped
before the big game.”
Media partners for the Tour include WCPO
Channel 9 television and WKQZ New Rock 97.3 radio. Both media
partners will be on-site at each event before and during each game to
conduct live broadcasts and contests for all fans. WCPO Channel 9 will
utilize sports reporter, Paula Faris, to become the Tour personality
with on-site appearances and live reports from the games.
Hacks Sports sales and marketing director Mario
Cicchinelli says, “This will be a high school festival like no other
this area has seen! In addition to the i-crew’s presence, the Tour will
also feature other high quality event sponsors with interactive games
and product samples for all high school fans. The television and radio
hype throughout the season will definitely create awareness about the i-wireless
Tour.”
Hacks Sports, an
affiliate of ReachUSA, is considered to be one of the leading sports
marketing companies in the region. Combined with niche publications,
daily updated web sites, sporting events, media partnerships, promotions
and more, Hacks Sports has grown into the premiere source of high school
sports in the region. Other events include the FOX19 Prep Classic at
Paul Brown Stadium, Hacks East/West All-Star Football Game, and the
